Carb Top Cover - Compatible with Keihin FCR 35-41mm

The Keihin FCR is know for being almost as good as injection, and one of the best carburettors ever made.  Now with my custom finned covers you can stand out from the crowd.

If you want to go that little bit further, they will polish nicely and will also accept powdercoat, hydro-dipping, anodizing, as well as most fuel resistant paints if prepared correctly.  We do not recommend chroming them.

Each cover weighs 18g each only 1g more than stock!

These covers use factory gaskets (2mm thick!) and mounting screws/washers, the screw holes and gasket protrusions are designed to be a little tight so care muse be taken when fitting to ensure you do not tear your gasket. I have also made the gasket protrusion 0.5mm shorter than stock to account for the fact you may have the fake keihin gaskets which are only 1.6mm thick and prevent even stock covers from sealing

IMPORTANT: 

Sealing: As the metal cools during production there can be very very slight distortion of the cover, I have also seen and measured many carbs with the same issue.  please use a small amount of gasket sealant to prevent any air leaks.

Cleanliness: Always clean these items before fitting to ensure no unwanted particles enter your engine.
